I'm having a problem with my memberlist.php its not showing anything in the cash category. they are all just empty spaces...everything else works fine. any ideas?

After installing the module under Administration Control Panel I'm gettin a
General Error Module not accessible
and that page comes up for anything under my Administration Control Panel modules

any idea what that might be and how I can fix it?

I have the announcement centre mod installed on my forum. The problem I'm having is anything I make a link inside of it gets underlined and I don't want that. What do I need to change to get rid of that? Thanks!
