Re: [2.0.6] RSS Content Syndicator

Long time, no post. There are a couple of things I'd like to say: -My e-mail address has changed to phpbb (at) mudmonkey <dot> org -All those who have been maintaining and contributing to this mod, THANK YOU! I'm really happy to see that it's so popular. Since I no longer maintain a phpBB installati...

Still no reply about the problems above? That's odd... I've been trying to work around this. I created a FeedBurner feed and plugged in my board's original source feed to see if that would work. It didn't. Timed out again. So I emailed FeedBurner about it and this was their response: Hello Kopper- ...

It looks as if nothing changes at all. Though I have no idea what actually is going on within that file.

:?

K. I'm setting up a board to play with it.

Is it possible that the file being executed is not the one you think is being executed? Have you put in obvious syntax errors, echos, or exits to confirm that your changes are being made in the right place? I only ask because most of the time that I run into a really weird problem, it's either in m...

I tried both files again just in case...and not even the error changes. At the moment the 2nd suggestion is uploaded, so you can see yourself that the error is the same as in the screenshot. Weird. Actually, the less obvious problem was fixed by what I sent you: The dashes are no longer breaking th...

Did you see absolutely no change at all when you tried what I sent you?
If I did my part right, you should've at least gotten a different error. :)

So how do they correct or workaround this if these characters are part of their language??? Would it help to add a Doctype right after the initial line? It looks fairly easy to work-around, as long as there aren't very many characters like it. Based on what you'll find here: http://www.w3schools.co...

I don't pay attention to this topic

I'm glad to see that this thing is used. :) However, I don't maintain any phpbb boards anymore, so I haven't been doing any development on the script. I'll probably not touch it again until phpbb 2.2 comes out. I also don't watch this topic anymore. Everybody seems to be figuring things out on their...
