Re: How to stop guests from adding to topic view counts?

I'm closing this topic. You're talking about trolls and people doing bad things on the internet, yet half of the posts I've seen from you are of you insulting other people and calling them names. We won't tolerate that here. Be advised that doing so again can result in your account being banned.

Getting on in years, but this update was so easy. Just spent time having dummy runs on my test site and now we're fully up to date. Great work team!
Happy to hear that. Great to see you still being active around here and doing all the tech stuff like in the old days. :)

You can also report replies or get in touch with me if you have a complaint about a team member, moderation action or general moderation policy. As the link Steve said states, you're perfectly welcome to ask nginx questions. However, we may not always be able to answer them at all times as it's not ...

Re: New visitor record for the forum

We saw quite some high traffic that day, and it's likely that these hits weren't all humans.
So no, I wouldn't say that the demand for forums has suddenly spiked enourmously, unfortunately. ;)

If you want to look at old records, you can use the Wayback Machine, such as here for eight months ago.

No, regardless from whether it's allowed or not per the license, phpBB.com is not the place for this.

Re: I have been locked out of my forum

This is a support forum, we will do what we can to help you restore your website but I want to make clear that we don't want to be and will not be involved in a dispute between you and the theme creators here. So please stop throwing accusations around. ;) Steve's right, a database back-up would be ...

Re: Can I sell second hand theme here?

I don’t know the terms ThemeForest apply, but my guess would be that selling it once bought isn’t allowed. ;)

Re: Finally some good news!!

I don't usually get involved in topics like these, they tend to get heated, but since I do enjoy political discussions I'll join here. :) which the majority of those who voted were for Brexit. not everyone who was entitled to vote, actually voted and most of those were anti-Brexit (according to a BB...

Let's stop discussing typo's or spelling mistakes in here. I think it's rather obvious what was meant here, so let's go back on-topic. ;)

Re: A problem after upgrading to php 7.2

Hi, welcome to phpBB.com! :)

Could you provide a link to your board and the page where you put this?

This isn't a PHP page, rather just HTML that's embedding another PHP page, so isn't too helpful and I also don't see the connection with phpBB at this point. Are you sure it's related to the board?

Re: Keep getting logged out - cookie settings wrong?

I hope to have the time soon, to try an update again. I think that I saw something with sessions issues fix in the latest release notes? Although it's of course always adviced to update to the latest version, I'd be suprised if this was related to your current issue. For me, it seems like your boar...

True. The amount of PMs with this request that I got (forwarded to) my PM-box cannot be counted on one hand.

There are way worse views.
In other words, Jim is not impressed. But I am. Great view!
Much the opposite, I really like it! A linguistic misunderstanding, I suppose the meaning of this expression sounds more positive in my native language. :)
