Is it possible to send a PM to ALL members of my forum. I am having forum merchandise made and wish to inform everybody, even those who dont visit often.

When editing you language files they need to be encoded the right way. many non-english language files needs UTF8 without BOM as encoding. You need to use a text editor that have this feature. Try to google notepad++ that can do what you need. And recheck your edits. (always a good idea) Ok, I see....

I think you stored your language files in the wrong mode. UTF8 without BOM is needed.

I have created a favicon and uploaded to my root file where index.php is. It is not displaying and Im told I need to edit the index.html file to make it display. Can you please tell me where the file is located that needs editing. Im tearing my hair out LOL..
