I'm having some errors while converting from IPB 2.1.4 over to the newest phpBB. Salt field already exists. I know this has had to have been asked before, but my browser won't let me search, so sorry for yet another thread like this.

I had my forums in /community/forum. Today I moved my entire site up to the top directory so now it should just be /forum for my phpbb install. I'm lost..

the whole board is default with the exception of the theme. i haven't messed with the cookie settings

Before you say "delete cookies" and try again, we've done that. I did it all day at work. Delete cookies, log in, refresh, delete them again, try again, etc. One user had patience and deleted his cookies 30 times before it let him in. No topics or posts met your search criteria

I get this on the search feature here. I'm a big stickler for "search first then ask questions" but when the search pulls up over 1000 pages and only lets me see 1 then its a problem somewhere. I try to click on page 2 but I get the above error

this is the oddest thing. I noticed that when I was logged out, the dates were perfectly fine. When I logged back in (with an account that i'd ported over) the dates were scrambled.

I created another account, set it as admin and then deleted my old account. Everything is fine now

now THAT is interesting, i use firefox...but when i just tried the page with IE, it looked fine

i juuuust installed a mod tonight. the word wrap. but this has been doing it since the conversion.

so what table do i look at to find the dates and try to sort this mess?

hmmm ok. i'll have to continue this in the converters forum then. i followed their directions perfectly from there before. i thought this was somehow a config problem
