After being told to use the CPanel, I found everything everyone's been saying, and used Drexion's method. It worked like a charm. Thanks to everyone!

How exactly would I get to phpMyAdmin?

It's not in the board's files when I access the FTP... what file are you referring to?

I still don't know how exactly to access my database. Do you mean via the CPanel?

Can You Merge Two User Accounts?

I recently had a user register a second name (Though, in my forum's rules, it clearly says I will change a person's name if they'd like me to). So, is there any way I can merge the first name with the second, attributing both name's posts to one user?

After some deep, DEEP searching (I read this entire thread and half of Acyd's forum), I came upon a thread there that solved my problem. It seemed to have to do with my common.php file. I don't know what the problem was, but I uploaded the pre-edit file and it worked.

Hooray.

Ouch. This error seems really nasty. My board doesn't even show up. It just gives me this error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: include_attach_lang() in /home/virtual/site23/fst/var/www/html/Board/includes/functions.php on line 254 When I installed, I did all the rewriting by hand,...

I got the same thing. It was weird.

The url (/board/admin.php) was wonky. It was like (/board/admin.php?132919071741).

But I opened it up in I.E. (I was using MSN Browser) and it worked fine.

I'm thinking I did.

How would I go about rectifying that?

It didn't seem to work. All it is is the Test Forum still. I also tried uploading the backup files via the Site Administrator instead of phpBB administration panel, and that also, did not work (I got error messages from those). Maybe the databases just aren't compatible since they're from an older v...

Wow. Lots of new threads within a 24 hour time span.

Anyway, I hate to bump this shamelessly, but my users are getting impatient and they told me to.
