"No File Uploaded" when trying to restore

I reinstalled my forums but have them backed up in an sql file. However, when I try to upload it, it takes forever and then says no file was uploaded.

I reinstalled the forums on a different sql server, and haven't installed the template I was using before, does this have anything to do with it?

my overall_header.tpl isn't showing up, there is no login link, and login.php doesn't work. Looks like I'm in for an overhaul here

I have a problem with my overall_header.tpl too, it's just not showing up at all on any of the pages and I have no clue why. It's not the actual file though, it's in the hard coding elsewhere and I have no idea where to look. All I did was update an image and then upload the file again. Mind you, I ...

OK, well I figured that part out, that was my fault.... however, now the "Sorry, but this board is currently unavailable. Please try again later." message comes up like on every other page.

Switching Servers

Hi, I have had some problems with my hosting service and am planning to switch servers. However, having done this before, I remember there were some issues with moving phpBB from database to database. Can anyone offer any help in order to make an easy transfer?

Thanks, Robert

when you are logged in as the admin, every post will have an edit and "x" (for delete) button next to the quote button. That is how you edit or delete the post. You can only move whole topics from forum to forum, you can do that with the little arrow button down at the very bottom in viewtopic. Or, ...
