Invitation Only mod

I'm so very sorry if this has been asked before, but I did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for. Is there at present, or in development, a mod that will allow registrations to be done by invitation to the forum only? I recall this mod for 2.0.x as I had it when I was running 2.0.x, but ...

Re: General Error... number 126?

Code: Select all

Error

SQL-query :

DROP TABLE phpbb3_grove_sessions

MySQL said:
#6 - Error on delete of './treesprite/phpbb3_grove_sessions.MYI' (Errcode: 30)
Does this mean the files on the server are read only? Or does it just mean I'm never gonna get it fixed? *panic ensues*

Re: General Error... number 126?

Well... that didn't work...

Code: Select all

SQL-query : [Edit] [Create PHP Code]
REPAIR TABLE phpbb3_grove_sessions USE_FRM

Table Op Msg_type Msg_text
phpbb3_grove_sessions repair error Failed renaming data file
Now what? Any help appreciated. :)

Re: General Error... number 126?

Okay, thanks, I'll try that. Currently though I'm wondering how the heck it happened? I'd rather know WHY the error is there, and how it happened, when I haven't messed with the SQL for the forum. I'm the only one who has access to the mysql panel besides the person who runs the server, and if I did...

General Error... number 126?

Tried to log into my forum just now, and for some reason suddenly it's showing an error. I haven't edited anything, and I'm confused. What's this supposed to mean? General Error SQL ERROR [ mysqli ] Incorrect key file for table './treesprite/phpbb3_grove_sessions.MYI'; try to repair it [126] An sql ...

Re: General Error when refreshing templates for style

Okay, problem solved. I replaced the existing file colour_swatch.html file that was in the adm panel with a newly unzipped one, and the error is now gone.

Re: General Error when refreshing templates for style

No one really answered my question as to whether or not there is supposed to be a colour_swatch.html file in the theme folder. The general error I'm getting isn't stopping the board from working, I can in fact access the board with all three styles that are loaded, prosilver, subsilver2, and (the on...

Re: General Error when refreshing templates for style

I didn't need the fix to go back to prosilver. I could do that all along. :P I cleared the ftp cache as instructed, including .htaccess, and index.html because frankly nothing happened to change the error when I didn't delete them. Of course this made no difference because nothing happened to change...

Re: 2.x themes conversion to 3.x

If you used subsilver based style, the conversion is very easy. Most of the subsilver style changes are based on using css stylesheet color changes. If you are willing to do a little work your conversion will go quite well. Most of your images can be reused, but you will need to rename a few of them...

General Error Could not open ./../styles/SubsilverGreen/template/colour_swatch.html What'd I do now? *rolls eyes at self* I ftp'd the changed memberlist_view.html file, then refreshed my style, and got the error above. I can't find a colour_swatch.html file in the folder for the style, is the error ...

Re: Help understanding Custom Profile fields...

Okay, so... assuming I have the fields enabled in "load settings", which I have :), if I remove this section <!-- BEGIN custom_fields --> <tr> <td class="gen" align="{S_CONTENT_FLOW_END}" nowrap="nowrap">{custom_fields.PROFILE_FIELD_NAME}: </td> <td><b class="genmed">{custom_fields.PROFILE_FIELD_VAL...
