if cute ftp then click right buttom mouse and select permission.

if you use far manager, then you must select file and click CTRL+A

i upload on ftp avator gallery in my site, but when i select show gallery then not picture. also i cann't upload picture on browser, i have mistake "file must be .jpg, .gif, .png".
pleas, help...)
