Re: put the link in my forum header of the bank points

That extension is marked [ABD] in the CDB so there is no support for it here by the author and it shouldn’t be used in a live environment. I’ll move this to custom coding.

They are all crap
Thats a sweeping generalisation but I agree many are. Many are bloatware and some aren’t, some work and some don’t, not properly anyway.

It’s an image and the text in the image uses a commercial font called cocon. It may look like simple text but it’s a gif.

Re: Googlefont PHPBB Trouble

Does this have anything to do with phpBB custom bbcode development or a request for one? If yes please supply the custom bbcode code you’re already using if no you have posted in the wrong forum.

Re: Firefox issue with phpBB3??

Hey Jim, long time . . .

I’ve had similar problems with FF and ESET. Sometimes FF doesn’t carry over the settings from version to version for ESET. Disabling ESET then re-enabling it has always fixed it for me, until next time. I believe this is mentioned at both Mozilla and ESET.

I hear that sometimes doesn't work properly.
You hear correctly, unzipping on a server often messes with the file and folder structure and is not recommended.

Not forgetting the 384KB upper memory often used for TSR’s such as keyboard, language, screen and printer drivers etc.

In fact, if you’re looking for an extension, the extensions forums would be the first place to go.

Re: new php version breaks old forum

Because your working board is old, it is out of date and will not run on the versions of PHP required for later versions of phpBB. Presumably the guest book is out of date as well so you could either get hold of the author to find out if there’s a newer version, see if there’s one here already in th...

Re: new php version breaks old forum

The PHP version on your v2 board is 5.3.29, I can see that. To upgrade all you have to do is get 3.2.7 installed using the required PHP version up to 7.2. Obviously your old board will stop working but that doesn’t matter, the upgrade only looks at the v2 dB it doesn’t need the board working. Once 3...

Re: Improve visibility of posts with late approval

You could ask your moderators to visit every day or put them on a rota. Not visiting a board as either a member or staff makes no sense to me.

Re: Checkbox

I suggest, in the first place, that you ask in the extensions topic, generally the authors know more about their own product than anyone else.
