Re: Login is sending me back to login

Your cookies are fine but I see you’re using PHP Version 7.3.4. Unfortunately phpBB 3.2.5 doesn't support PHP 7.3.*, you need to downgrade to PHP version 7.2 or lower.

Re: Is it possible to have PHPBB at SomeDomain.com & SomeDomain.com/Forums/ ?

Welcome to phpBB.

The pages thing is simple enough but we’ll need a real url to the board so we can see what’s going on with the home page please.

Re: Befor installation, is it possible to realize this with phpBB

Well, for one, phpBB isn’t a CMS, it’s bulletin board software. If you think you need an extension you should post in extensions.

It could be a PHP version issue according to the above. Try disabling it and see what happens.

I created "newly registered users"
What do you mean you created that group? phpBB comes with that group as standard.

Is this an old (phpBB 2.0) style? Have you got a link to it?

Re: phpBB Mobile notifications

If an email is received at the correct address, for example the inbox, then you can have a notification for it? If it’s going to the trash then you don’t. You should make an extension request.

You don’t need to touch any HTML to change the header, CSS only I reckon.

spammers programs insert only 8 to 14 characters in the message body
That’s not true, spammers, both bots and humans, are much more sophisticated than you think. If it was just a matter of character count the spam problem would have been sorted years ago.
