Presumably you mean posts in a topic? Have you tried a search of the extensions database? If you can’t find anything there you can make an extension request.

No you can't (easily if at all) but what you could do is follow Knowledge Base - Transferring Your Board to a New Host or Domain.

Generally it's a cookie issue but being as it's only one user it's probably something to do with his browser. The session length works for everyone so I wouldn't expect that to be the issue.
