I'll have to agree with Doctor Love, plus it also seems (in the lang file) that a Yahoo! Developer API Key is required. I don't want no Yahoo! mail address. :( A little more explanation both for board owners/coders and for the users would be a huge improvement for this IMHO pretty smart-sounding CAP...

Keep the lang files ISO, and when importing in phpMyAdmin (I assume you use this) choose ISO there, too? If the dump is in ISO, ofcourse...
