There was a typo in the overall_header.html file. I fixed it, cleared my cache and it's still not working.

Had a similar problem yesterday and found out i made a mistake in sessions.php

I cleared the cache, and checked the sessions.php folder. Neither worked.

OK. I reinstalled it on phpbb3.0.2 and I get a blank page. I can't even get on my forum. Everything is a blank page. The admin panel is blank now too.

I did everything it said to do though..

I am getting errors in the control panel, in the admin panel. Nothing's showing up there either. It just says 'Picture Gallery'.
