Go to Users Admin then Ban Control. He keeps coming back, new names or variations of his main name. I got a call today on my cellular.... he posted over and over a TON of obscene language in subject lines. All over the whole forum. Any idea of the proper way to complain to his ISP? Right now I have...

Can I block an IP address?

We have a problematic user. Keeps posting, causing trouble, creating new user IDs as the old ones are deleted. A real waste of space here on Earth. :D

Is it possible to block his IP address to make posting impossible from his own home?

You need to update the time in your profile and advise the members of your board to update theirs as well. Changing the time on the forum itself won't update the time you see on the board.

Profile -> Timezone: -> Submit.

Changing a User ID

I tried searching as I'm sure it's been discussed.

Is there a way for an Admin to change their user name without creating a new account? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

I get this A LOT. Especially now that spring is here (my forum is motorcycle related and we get a growth surt every spring). I usually have to do one of two things: Go to Admin Panel, look up user and then make their account active and clicking Submit. If that doesn't work: I have to go in, delete t...

Thanks guys. I got freaked out and I had never seen that message before.
I'll look into the toolkit tomorrow night. Is that something I'll need to reinstall with every update?

Thanks again. I was sweating for a little bit.

Anyone know what caused the error message? I'm still a bit nervous.
