Re: Cardiff Meetup Suggestion

Yeh i'd be willing to consider it later in the year, although it gonna be a long journey for me to get there rather than Manchester, but I know most people travel far so no reason I can't. It gonna be difficult for me to travel during the time I'm starting university (August to early October), but s...

Re: Building a bridge between software

Well JFusion is out of the question (you need joomla for that) or modifying an existing external registration script. I would suggest if your brave enough look into the code where the integrations need to take place exactly for both registration/login/logout on both software and add code to access a...

Re: Joomla menu inside PhpBB

Re: [NORTH OF ENGLAND] phpBB Meetup?

I setup a north england jquery meetup group a little while ago: http://meetups.jquery.com/group/jquerynorthengland mite be worth doing it alongside an event li...

Re: online video ecards

This probably isnt the best thing to consider, but you dont need flash to do those. You can use a combination of html5 tags for displaying audio and video, and javascript and php to deal with the information. Either way if you want to do something like this check a lot of flash tutorials, if you can...

Re: Popup login box

I had a simillar post to this but it kinda got ignored (in interest not developement). You could send the user information through ajax to a custom php script and call the phpbb login function to use the ajax variables as the parameters. I'm not sure how secure that would be, but having that trigger...
