Maybe have a go yourself- you'll actually find it isn't that hard. I managed it on my own forum following the reading of the tutorial on sticky at the top of the page.

Why do you need a mod. If you put the appropriate html code you can make it so only the title will show if you type the title of the thread in yourself.

I edited a blank style from the sytles menu and it seems to apply everywhere relevant. :) Think it will be okay?

Oh and how do you edit header title colours without changing the admin and moderator colours?

Font colours

When you rename a blank template and you change the font colours in style management that change admin and moderator colours do they change to the colour you've selected for everywhere on the board? I want to know if there are any more files I need to edit if I want to change admin and moderator col...

Thanks for your help. I messed around a bit and I edited it with a hideous image. I'm only practising right now thank goodness. I have a long way to go yet.

What files will I need to edit to change the images like new post icons and so on for when I eventually get around to it?

The blue header cell box.

Which box do you edit to change the colour for it or is it an image? What is the heading for the box so I can change the path or colour?

That's one ugly style with tiny invisible text (maybe in IE it does look ok, but it doesn't on Opera). In ie it is okay but in mozilla it really is small and not that easy on the eyes and in mozilla it isn't centered as in ie. Perhaps you should work toward making it compatible with other browserd?

The advantages of using easymod is if you're bad at installing mods it can do it for you. The cons are well it may be tricky to install and you have to make sure you have backup of the files otherwise its not easy to undo the changes. Otherwise its good, it doesn't go through the installation unless...

I don't know if there is one as you describe. If cash mod is hard to install for you let easymod do it for you because there is no easy mod to install in the sense you mean I don't think.

I don't have this mod installed at all. I'm afraid of messing up my forum. And I can't get it working with easymod- easymod doesn't even see the files which is annoying.
