Only thread starter can reply to own thread?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone maybe able to help. I help to admin a car club forum which has a project car section. This section is currently locked down so that it's viewable to all but only certain members can post, however we'd like to lock it down further. Basically we'd like to be able to make it...

Actually doesn't matter I just ran the script again on a vanilla BB install but through IE7 and not FF2 and whilst the script was running I saw nothing but I've just checked the IE window, after about an hour, and got: - Connecting to PHP-Nuke database server...Success Connecting to PHP-Nuke databas...

Hi again Dicky, just to let you know that your script is now working on my hosts server, php 5 and mysql 5, not sure what the internal server error was all about though. But I do have one question. When I run the script I'm just left with the initial detail entry page. I don't get anything like Conn...

Not sure if this is the same as the phpNuke to phpBB script but if so open the conversation php file and there will be a commented out line //echo $query; uncomment it and it will print every query. Not sure if this will resolve the problem but if not you will at least be able to see which query is ...

 After doing yet more searching on here I've just ended up back on the [Support] thread you linked Dicky...and seen that it's actually your script and not jaymers .

Sorry for the mix up there.

Thanks for that. I've already contacted Jaymer directly to see if he can help. And have tried both version 214a and v8 of his script, both cause an internal server error :(. So I'm hoping that someone who understands SQL will be able to tell me a query that can be done to make the relevant change to...

SQL Geniuses Please help (user_regdate)

Hi, Firstly let me apologise if I've posted this in the wrong section but it's relevant to converters. Basically I have a site with 2946 registered users and it was originally set up in php nuke, yes I did make my objections known. Now finally the owner has decided that he wants to redesign the site...

Cursor/Caret Colour (Battle Template)

Hi, I've just installed the Battle template by Port-All and it looks great. But there is a slight problem that the cursor/caret is invisable, bot IE and Firefox. I've searched as best I can but I can't find a solution on how to fix this...or even which file I should begin to look in to change it. I ...
