you're running much the same config as me... I've found that there appears to be a serious caching issue between 2.039 and 2.0.40, php and mysql under 2000 - which is why it's not recommended! ;) try firepages.com.au to get phpdev4 - prebuilt binaries with 1.3xxx (latest secured build, php 4.2.2 mys...

hey Niels - good time off?

Found the fault - wasn't pulling the !userdata for some reason.

Cheers people - Have had a little read through (and cloned the interests field) last time around - this seems alot more structured so will try and work off that. This should be very amusing, as I will be modding the birthday mod, adding "all about me" and various other bits and pieces - bu...

Does anyone know if there are any SQL changes between 2.07 and 2.17 ... i.e. I've read through the sql installer php script and it appears the same, but I'm not 100% sure.

Can anyone confirm?

fix was posted by mad arab... changed $password variable to $new_password. All sorted now. looks like hosting company had some "minor" issues with their smtp queue hence the issues with delivery of passwords. Now I have to get the (l)users to understand that if they want to login, just tel...
