I meant in the Admin pannel. You can disable a user's PM permissions from the ACP. I don't really have a problem with manually turning them on, howerver, I am just looking for how to modify the automatic settings registered users get, so they cannot send PMs by default.

Hmm, I guess that will work. I didn't think of that though. My only question is that if this will override the user's settings? No one can send PMs even if it is enabled in their profile? About the usergroups, basically my site is an outfit site for a game. We've had problems with people using PMs o...

PMs disabled by default

What do I modify so that after people register, PMs are disabled for them? Also, is there a way to enable PMs for a user when they are added to a certian usergroup?

[Request] No PMs Unless in Usergroup

I would like a mod that has PM disabled by default. And they would be automatically enabled when they join a usergroup. I know I can do this vai the ACP, manuually, but I was wondering if such a MOD exists?

[Never Mind] Password Protect Admin Modules

I would like a mod that enables me to password protect certian parts of the Admin Control Pannel. Is there any way to do it?

EDIT: I got it working through .htaccess, that is good enough for me! :D

PM Bot

Is there a Mod that will respond to a PM. What I would like is someone types someting in the subject, and when the PM is received, it will reply instantly with some text that was already determined.

Small problem, when I user is formally a MOD, and then I change change them back, so they don't have MOD status, they still are the same color. What could be causing this?

Admin Pannel --> Backup Databse If you have modded any of your foums, copy all the files to the new host. But make sure you edit the config.php for your new settings. Then you need to use phpMyAdmin, I think because the tables won't exist, to upload your posts and users to the new onw. Alternate met...

Nope, can't be that. Tried clearing the cache and using two different browsers. No effect.

Could it be something with the Cache Mod?
