Re: Multiple Tabs bug

HI Can some please confirm these points for me.

1. Do you run "install" first and then "convert"

2. Deleting replicated Menu Modules shouldn't stuff the site

Cheers

Re: Multiple Tabs bug

Ok two things have come up. 1. One was the proper process to create a conversion. Do you need to run "install" before "conversion" here is how I did it. a. Uploaded new phpbb3 files to http://www.mydomain.com/phpbb3/ old site at http://www.mydomain.com/phpbb2/ b. created new database sample1_db old ...

Re: Multiple Tabs bug

Will give it a go tonight, if i just re-upload/install the whole template that should not affect the current site/data correct? I think what has happened is the conversion has modified the templates themselves, but without looking at the files I can't tell right now. None of the template information...

Re: Multiple Tabs bug

Quick Bump: This is still an issue for me - was wondering if anyone else has a similar problem or another suggestion.

I am wondering if it is possible for other mods in my old forum to have affected this one when converting.

Cheers for the suggestions so far.

Re: Repopulate missing posts?

The reason for doing it is the most current backup of the database is corrupted. I have had to revert to an earlier database backup. but i would like to keep the latest posts which I can see in the corrupted file. the rest of it to messed up to save. plus it is an opportunity to learn more about php...

Great to see this mod moving forward NetizenKane I was really impressed with the first Version although the in-ability to post as sticky or announcements was a huge draw back.
