Re: Upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.0.9 - Best Procedure?

Thank you for your reply - I am receiving numerous errors when I update the current board, with this being an example of what is output when I go to view a topic: [phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions_display.php on line 1385: Undefined variable: phpbb_root_path [phpBB Debug] PHP Not...

Upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.0.9 - Best Procedure?

I have a 3.0.8 Forum that has quite a number of Modifications installed, and after numerous attempts to upgrade to 3.0.9 using the package for that purpose, it is clear that the only option I have is to start from scratch again, and install 3.0.9 then add the Modifications again. However, I am unsur...

Re: Converting SMF PHP Code to PhpBB Code

Thank you so very, very much! That works perfectly! I hope that it is okay for me to post that code at the Tufat Forums for other phpBB users, and also a link to this topic. Naturally, you will be given full credit.

Again, thank you.

Re: Converting SMF PHP Code to PhpBB Code

Firstly, no Phpbb files were modified for this to work. Flashchat comes with built in integration to Phpbb and during installation automatically detects the Database that Phpbb is using, and installs itself there. There is one Flashchat file that is used to 'hook' in to Phpbb, so maybe that is the f...

Re: Converting SMF PHP Code to PhpBB Code

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, there is no install.xml file with this. Flashchat is something that can use the PhpBB User Login system, but isn't what I would consider a Mod, as it can also be used with other Forum software. The AJAX part of it is sold as a 'skin' for the main Chat, which ...

Converting SMF PHP Code to PhpBB Code

I am hoping that there is someone here who knows PhpBB's php code well enough to be able to convert the following php code that is for SMF, so that I can use it with PhpBB. It may seem like a strange request, but my problem is that I purchased Flashchat from Tufat.com, and then also purchased the AJ...

Re: [RC] Post Bot Mod - New Version 1.0.2

Hi There, I love this Mod and am using most of it's features, but there is one thing that I would like to change, if that is possible. Is there anyway to make it so that when a Member posts the first post in the 'Anonymous' Forum, the true IP Address of that Member is recorded in the Logs? I am havi...

Re: [Beta] UPS Easy Shop 0.7.0

Hi, I have just installed this Mod and am having trouble with the Icons showing up correctly. In the Shop Mod Configuration I have set the Icon Size to 50px x 50px, and I also have Highslide installed. But when I go to any Category where I have Items for sale, the Icon is very very tiny, as you shou...

Re: [RC] Username change requests

Hi There, Even though I have double-checked all my file edits, especially those on ucp_profile.php (includes), this modification is causing a problem if a Member tries to change their password. I have tested it myself to see if it works without the code added to ucp_profile.php and there's no proble...

Re: [BETA] Community Moderation

Hi There, Whilst I understand that you are not a fan of SEO Mods, I would dearly love to have the Community Moderation working properly on my website. Unfortunately, because of the SEO Mod I am using, whenever a Member clicks on either upvote or downvote they receive a 404 error message. After check...
