Re: ucp.php

It looks like ~Forum Nut~ already sorted it out for him and kept this bit of it in the bottom: Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “<a href="http:/...

Re: [Release] prosilver 1.1.0

Still you should go there and request that they list your style in the styles database that they are working on building. Phpbb.com might lock or hide this thread eventually because they no longer want to support phpbb2.. At least there, your style will live on. http://img73.imageshack.us/img73/9544...

Re: [Release] prosilver 1.1.0

They are always open to suggestions over there. Right now they are working with the same core you are phpbb 2.0.23. They are thinking about a fork in phpbb though if enough people are interested in continuing with phpbb2. You could simply specialize in styles if you wanted to all areas are open to a...

Re: [BETA] CodeCrush Log System (v.0.4.2alpha) (Dec-07)

Sorry for the late reply but Kris told me in an email a while back that he was going to make a phpbb3 version of this. I haven't spoke to him for a while but I will be contacting him on this issue soon. :D

Re: [Release] prosilver 1.0.4

Will there be any visual difference between the version now available and the .23 one you will be making?

BTW I love the way you removed that crappy tabbed acp.

Nice work. Image

Re: [Beta] Subforums Plus

Do you think we can get a list of mods that work with this? Perhaps posted in the first post? I have been told that Pseudo Subforums causes less problems with mod compatibility. And that most other Subforum mods create a lot of conflicts. If this is true then a list of compatible mods would be very ...

Re: Discuss: What does phpBB2's retirement mean for you.

They are removing the ability to post all scripts and all BBCode from the Index pages of the forums. I have looked and found several large free board providers doing this. They are going to try to charge people for Ajax chat boxes. They have already turned off all the chat boxes that were running cl...

Re: Discuss: What does phpBB2's retirement mean for you.

This is not a learning curve issue... I know how to use it. I just don't like it. I don't like not being able to use Html in posts and I don't like the tabbed ACP. I don't like not being able to use all of my scripts, I feel the scripts I run should be my own choice. Big Brother has no place in my ...

Re: Discuss: What does phpBB2's retirement mean for you.

I don't like not being able to use Html in posts and I don't like the tabbed ACP. I don't like not being able to use all of my scripts, I feel the scripts I run should be my own choice. Big Brother has no place in my life. The reason HTML is disabled is solely a security issue. Many administrators ...
