It doesn't allow a bot to search for user messages i.e.

EDIT: Never mind... It works either.

Allowing bots to search in my forum

Hello, I didn't find how to do so but I know it does configurable.
I would like to know how to allow to bots to use the search engine in the forum.

The idea is to share the post by mail to any mail address (share with friend, etc...) Since the board doesn't have a record of the guest user or their email it would seem to be foolish to allow them to send emails via the board. It may be intended to share a topic but it would be easy to abuse it. ...

But you're talking about guests being able to send that link to a registered user who hasn't requested it and may not even know who the sender is. That's classed as spam. This is not the case, it's about sharing the topic by mail to a friend.
