I already did look into it, but it requires a $25 donation to download. I'm throwing enough money into my site. So, until my financial issues improve, I need to do without the things that aren't necessary at this point and stick to the freebies.

Centering Name?

Is there a mod that's being used to allow the name, rank and avatar to be centered and aligned? Mine are all to the right, but there are boards I see that have them all centered. Thanks :)

What Mod for queries?

I am trying to find the Mod that shows the following in the footer:

[ Server Load : 19 pages in last 5 mins | 145 unique hits in last 24 hours ]

[ Time : 0.574003s | 87 Queries | GZIP : On | Debug : On ]

Anyone know? Thanks!

Quick Install Question

I believe I installed everything correctly and it seems to be working..but I wanted to double check on something. The instructions say: --Change the permissions on config.php to be writeable by all (666 or -rw-rw-rw- within your FTP Client) --Using your web browser visit the location you placed phpB...

Hmmmm....I definitely need the ability to allow attachments of all kinds (images, text, powerpoint, etc.), but everything I need is either 2.0.5 or 2.0.6. I currently have 2.0.5.. From what I've been seeing, all the mods that have been created for one version, aren't updated for the next...or ones t...

Newbie with version/mod question

I am new to working with phpBB (and websites in general). I currently have 2.0.5 installed on my website and was wondering if it's ok in general to use mods that say they are for version 2.0.6? Or if I upgrade to 2.0.6, can I use mods for 2.0.5? Thanks!

re: danyblue

Thanks! That explains that very well :)

My other question was: Does it matter what Mods a person has installed on phpBB when it comes time to install your program? Or should your program be installed with a "clean" version of phpBB?

I first want to say Thank You!! A group I own on Yahoo has been waiting for something like this. We have been wanting to move the group to my website, but some people didn't want to lose the choice of email or forum posting. I have a couple questions: First, does it matter what Mods a person has ins...

Is this possible?

I really love phpBB and was wondering if the following is possible using phpBB. I am new to using it and just installed it. I own a Yahoo Group for military spouses at my Air Force base. I want to move the group from Yahoo to my domain. Right now, with Yahoo, some people post their messages to the f...
