Re: [RC] [BRIDGE] phpBB to WordPress bridge 0.8.1

Hi Mr Developer.

I think it's great that phpbb owners have good people like you and I wanted to personally express gratitude there first and foremost.

Now, will your RC MOD cope with a 10 year old site with close to 600k accounts and us heavily modded?

Thanks in advance.
Rich

Re: [RC-5] RSS Input

Hi there, where should I be looking if I'm not seeing the RSS Express [RSS BOT] as an option within the Post/Forum Bot within the ACP please? I have this installed on my test forum and it's fine. Both on 3.0.9 Thanks in advance, p.s This mod has paved the way for some great relationships between lik...

Re: [RC] Changing methods for password reset

Wonderful to know such a MOD exists :) Will be donating soon as it's working on my test site. After successful AutoMOD install and reaching for Password Reminder link I get Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/HIDDENFROMVIEW/includes/ucp/ucp_remind.php on line 52 Could someone ad...

Re: [RC-1] spam hammer: ends spam. period.

Can confirm, it's working a treat, stopping spam as anticipated. Removing the 'Sleeper Agent' option for the time being though as we do have a lot of authentic users who just take a while to shake themselves off, dust themselves down and get into the whole 'posting' thing. So it's probably that they...

Re: [RC-1] spam hammer: ends spam. period.

I've been running this MOD for a few days and wanted to provide some feedback: First and foremost, this MOD rocks! It works really well and no bots have gotten through at all. Went from 5 spam messages a day to 0. It is now feasible again to administer my forum long term. So thank you very much to ...

Re: [RC] Disable links for new users & guests

..Indeed, in fact there are entire sites designed to hire people to be paid by certain amount of live posted url's in forums, blog etc. This is unfortunate area that has crept into webmasters trying to boost their PR. Paid signature spots, paid link posts, it's all out there isn't it! Shame it real...

Re: [RC-1] spam hammer: ends spam. period.

Just installed this exciting MOD. Within ACP -> Post Settings screen, two things I noticed.. The values inserted using the SQL didn't translate through to the ACP screen so I used your screenshots & the wiki to configure to match. The error I had was about duplicate entries on the 'Link Search S...

Re: [RC] Disable links for new users & guests

Just a quick shout-out to all the dev's involved with this work, I can't thank you enough. I've just installed the disable_links_mod_0.0.3 as a test on a sandbox site and it's working well. When I say working, what I mean is that it's been a long time since I've installed any XMOD's and from my init...

Re: Adding soundcloud bbcode?

What's the quickest method to establish why a member is unable to preview the Soundcloud BBCODE working within a post? It's fine for me (as admin) and also when I entered their post and basically just copied and pasted EXACTLY what they'd done. to this effect I'm assuming it's permissions based issu...

Re: [DEV] RSS Input

- I've tried various settings for my feed with regards to how many characters it displays but it doesn't seem to be honouring what I configure. I'll check this in my test version first. May be I have to release v0.3r2 before going RC. Ok that would be great as I can't implement it LIVE until this w...
