It wouldn't be the cookie path - check the Admin's profile and see what the email address is.

The threads a linear. Only the last post in a thread can be deleted by a member.

If the last post can't be deleted check the forum permissions in the Admin Panel.

I'm getting the "None" here at phpbb.com and on my site. I've got a hidden private forum and occasionally there are people in there that shouldn't be. It isn't a huge problem, just frustrating because the Mods/Co-Admin freak.

If your ISP is using proxies (like AOL) then that's the problem.

Hold down the shift key while you refresh in IE.

With some exceptions (style sheets) it works fine. Are you going through a proxy?

In IE, Tools -> Internet Options, on the General tab under Temporary Internet files click on the Settings button. Change "Check for newer version of stored pages" to "Every visit to the page".

IE is serving you cached documents.
