Everything was working on my board, but I locked all the forums for about 2 weeks. Now I can't use [img] anymore. What happened?

When I installed this mod, I couldn't see any of my forums.
Do I have to config in the admin-panel before normal users can see the forums?

I've got a member that posts nice posts in my general and music forums, but only posts bullshit in my anime forum. Is it possible to only ban him from the anime forum?
