Your http connection might have been cut off by the webserver. If you have access to phpMyAdmin, it is best that you export your data from there.

If not, if you have shell access, that will be the best to dump your SQL query from there.

Did you modify anything on phpBB before this happen?

What are you trying to add? If you are modifying to add/remove some field from the forum, you need to understand how phpBB works in the coding background.

Can you run this SQL query in your phpMyAdmin or any database manager your provider pass you.

Did you get any error message when you send the email from your admin panel?

Can you check whether profile.php is in your server? And also do provide us with some logs from your host

and what did you recently done to your forum as well?

Did your host block mail from PHP?

It is denying your access to the database. check that your username and password are correct. Your provider might be doing a maintenance on your server

The database complain about a duplicate entry. You might want to consider removing the SQL id 29973. Please do a backup of the database before you do anything.
