$_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME']will not work because it only returns the name and not the parameters.

you are missing the image spacer.gif from your theme/images folder.

you can get a copy of the image from a fresh download of that style. Simply upload it to theme/images/spacer.gif

Mobile styles cannot be submitted to the styles database.

Of course, feel free to start a topic in the Styles development forum, I am sure there would be quite an interest for that particular style type.

You need to obtain permission from stsoftware before creating styles based of theirs.
Download removed and topic closed - once you obtain permission feel free to PM a styles team member to reopen your topic
