[REQ] Post limiter

Just wondering if there is a post limiter out there.

For example say you've got this one TARB that has to response to every single post in the entire forum and whos giving everyone (including the admin) a headache.

Is there a MOD to limit the number posts a user can submit in say a 24 hour period?

Move posts to another thread?

Just wondering if its possible somehow to move a post to another thread like you can move threads to another forum? I can't seem to work out how. The reason I ask is that I have someone posting where they shouldn't be, and instead of deleteing the posts I would like to shadow them to show them where...

I installed this mod, just a few things and was wondering if they were intentional: 1) When I installed it, it didn't contain a graphic for the "Approve/Deny" buttons. 2) When a post was hidden and it was the last in the thread the "new post flag" would still show. 3) When a post...

Any updates on this MOD? People love the idea of this and the TARB MOD but as yet we still have no properly working version. Any chance a more advance programmer or developer could jump in and lend a hand? If you read over the comments of both these quite a lot of people think its a great idea. I th...

New post icon doesn't change

Hey there, I'm think this is in the appropriate thread but if its not please move it to the right one. I have a problem with my phpBB board. When someone posts in a forum the icon to the left changes as normal to indicate there is a new post in the forum. The problem is though if I change Usernames ...

No ideas I gather.

Can I then turn this into a MOD request moderator? (Can you move the thread please :))

I will try and play around with this myself. Would emailer.php be the file to edit?

[SOLVED] Multiple Group Moderators

Just a quick question that I can't seem to find an answer to.

Is it possible to set more than one Group Moderator? (for groups with duel leadership)

If not I'll post a Mod request as I can't seem to find one.

Cheers

From 'Forum Notifier' instead of email address

Just wondering how to set the name of an email to read "Forum Notifier" instead of just having it from "email@address.com". My settings is Use SMTP Server for email: NO so I think I am using the local server to send emails. I don't know where to change this setting :( Can anyone ...

I need a bit of assistance with this as I am not very good at coding. I have managed to get it up and running and its working as it should. I removed the hide option from the thread starter options as I don't think self moderation is a good idea. Instead I am using this as a moderating device where ...

I think this is a great MOD but I have question. Would it be possible to restrict the thread starters from hiding posts? I wish to use this as a moderators tool, as the some people post spamlike posts on my forum I wish to hide their posts. However I believe that these people are usually quite young...

Thanks but unfortunately those MODS aren't it. I've had a look at both them and they remove ALL the users posts not just the post in question. In this MOD you can flag the individual post, the other posts of the user still show just not the flagged post. For example: A user posts an inappropraite po...

[REQ] Help finding existing MOD

I'm looking for a MOD thread I've seen before but cannot find again. In this MOD forum moderators can hide a certain user post (say if its SPAM) where the poster can still view the post but the rest of the forum users cannot. The post once hidden turned a red colour from the moderators view I think....
