Just wondering if there is a post limiter out there.

For example say you've got this one TARB that has to response to every single post in the entire forum and whos giving everyone (including the admin) a headache.


Is there a MOD to limit the number posts a user can submit in say a 24 hour period?

Just wondering if its possible somehow to move a post to another thread like you can move threads to another forum? I can't seem to work out how. In this MOD forum moderators can hide a certain user post (say if its SPAM) where the poster can still view the post but the rest of the forum users cannot.
