There are only 2 buttons there a yes and a no. I do not see a Never...
Which tab is it under? Post settings?

I have this set to NO. Allow links in posts/private messages: If disallowed the [URL] BBCode tag and automatic/magic URLs are disabled. but, people are still putting links in their spam. I can't check everyday at the forum so I need to restrict it to like 10 good posts to enable urls or just disable...

I would like to change or add one of the colors in the button bar. I have a specific hex for the color. Where can I change the blue to a different blue, or even better, can I add an entire new color choice that is Custom?

No, FF looks perfect it is IE versions that look screwed up.
How do I know which images to change, that you changed? Do you know why these images are valid with IE and not with Chrome and FF? Maybe they can be deleted and the underlying color will be there?

a. remove those so that it looks like Firefox (desired look)?

Worked awesome as I had made a backup before I upgraded to 3.0.6. THANKS!!!!
However as i mentioned on anew post, its still screwed up in IE and since that is 40% of browsers I would like to fix it...

Coulors.css changes work in FF and Chrome but not IE
