I have one user complaining of this same problem but no one else. Has anyone found a solution yet? Does not appear any support staff has replied on this topic yet. try setting

http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article/configu ... -settings/

if it does not work try to "empty" DB tables phpbb_sessions and phpbb_sessions_keys
make shure that the "Type" is set to MyISAM or InnoDB

fixed my problem :)

you need to empty phpbb_sessions and phpbb_sessions_keys

make shure that the "Type" is the same everywhere i.e. MyISAM or InnoDB

I will post later on how I did it

the best thing is that my forum fixed it self around 3 a.m. some users where able to login and post. And it broke again aroung 10 a.m. No changes made in this time to server or files or DB.

but I don't want to work with phpbb2 becouse there is DB almost 3 weeks old. I'm still trying to figure out what is cousing the problem. but I don't want to work with phpbb2 becouse there is DB almost 3 weeks old. I'm still trying to figure out what is cousing the problem.

The best is that I have phpbb2 working with old DB and the sessions are working ok

Tryed to copy settings form phpbb2 to phpbb3 and it did not work also.

I did try another install, with test db it works no problem After I do a change in config.php, db name, it stops working I also id copy phpbb_config table form fresh working install to my forum after conversion and it did not work afther that also. IP Check is also disabled I did DB modification (I ...

browser_check = 0

after every change I remove files form /cache/ leaving only .htaccess and index.htm

another info: I'm doing it all with subsilver2, the prosilver is removed



what valiues you advise for:
Session length
Minimum time to submit forms

did another try. copied phpbb_config form fresh install to old forum. Changed some settings, deleted cachce files ... and still no progres.

I have big problem with phpbb3, after conversion form phpbb2. If I don't use autologin, it keeps loging me out. If I use autologin I can't post posts. I can't login to ACP.
