Re: [3.2][RC] Anti Adblock 1.0.5

Any chance of extending this mod to allow a forum owner to block access to only selected certain forums if the visitor is using an ad blocker?

Re: [3.2][RC] Thanks for posts (and optional Tapatalk integration)

Great mod Naguissa.

Two questions:
  • How is the rating calculated
  • The screenshots on the opening post has a shot with a heart on it (assume instead of thumbs up)- what theme is that?

Is this extension still in development or has it been abandoned?

Re: [3.2][BETA] FAQ Manager

Ger, as a suggestion, perhaps complete what you have for now so you can get the mod approved and released for use. From there, consider the additional requests for v2 of the mod. Have to draw a line somewhere or will always be chasing more requests. My 5c worth ;)

Force users web browser cache to refresh

Every now and again we update our logo to represent events such as adding a christmas theme. These are normally done on the logo file only (logo.png in styles/themename/theme/images folder).

How does one force a refresh on a users web browser cache to pickup the changed logo?

For Windows and Linux using: Ctrl + F5 or Shift + Reload
This Works for me.
Thanks
For a forum user, they will not know you have changed your logo, so is there a way you can force a refresh on a user's browser cache?

Put them on moderation queue.
Will give that a go. Was hoping for something a little more passive.

Suspicious User Flagging

On a busy board, there are times that you may want to be notified when a particular users make a post. This comes in handy when for instance you have a user that is contravening your T&Cs and you want visibilty of their posting activities for a while. There used to be a such a feature in the Anti Sp...

Re: [3.2][RC] Anti Adblock 1.0.3

Any chance it could include which specific forum it is active in? For example, I don't really mind if members block ads for most of our site, but then I do want the message to display in the classifieds (personal sales) forum.

If the Server Settings are not set to “force”, then the notifications will use whatever settings the viewing user is using. So, if the new poster has www in his address bar, it will be in the notifications for the topic he posts in.

Notification mail some with www links, some without

Why does some notification mails have www and others do not? See below examples. These mails are for the same user, on the same board, so why do some have www links and others not? Both are topic notification watches although seems to do the same on a forum subscription notifications too. From: webm...
