Hey...hi everyone...ANYone! I really like these smilies. BUT! I haven't found a pak file link that is still good. And the original artist's link page with the preview results in unanimated bitmap saves. Is there ANYone out there that has this 32x32 pixel set of about 80 images? ...plus the pak file?...

UPDATE ...I spoke too soon. Installation was successful. BUT! I edited the sample message for Guest Announcements from the ACP, and logged out to view the change as a "guest", and am now getting the following General Error Language file ./language/en_us/mods/announcement_centre.php couldn'...

hmmm... New install of 3.0.5 Using prosilver. No modifications to this install. Downloaded this Annoucement Mod as first. I have done all the edits listed in install.xlm I did not find any MySQL changes listed on the install.xlm doc. I'm a real noob. So...I may be missing something. Can anyone help?...

We have a little problem on our forum. Well...a big problem to us...hopefully, a little problem to you. It seems that a member who had Admin privileges removed has gained access to the ACP again ( due in no small part to the shotty housekeeping of current Admin ) and demoted all the rightful Admins....

They could save to their own folder...OR copy to disk.

So...
There's no way to extract the messages...like you can with the Private Messages? You know...export to CSV ( or whatever that option is ) ?

Another thing to consider...

Whether the use of html coding is for Admin-only use or not...simply quoting a post with Admin's "secret" bbcode will reveal the bbcode tags to any user.

@ tumba25 Well...yes. You can use the permissions system to adjust some or most abilities & capabilities for users assigned to Mod status. But...there seem to be some assumed capabilities that I would like to cripple for some users assigned to Moderate their own little sections. As I said earlie...
