Yes, you have to put the pages in all of the template files you use. Once you've put them there and you test your website, you may find that some things need to be changed if the colors aren't correct or the backgrounds are different -- these are things that you'll have to do yourself if you know ho...

Re: Custom templates...

Hey, this is probably a repost, but who wants to read 371 pages. Anyways, I have a guild website for WoW, (http://www.freedomfightersguild.net) Being a guild website, I would like to give members the ability to upload screenshots onto the forum. I installed attachment mod and the results were disas...

You have to install the template files in the BlueDim folder -- it looks like you installed them in the SubSilver folder.

Ok two questions.... 1) How do I add on to this so that only active members (of a certain group) are counted on the Who Is Online Page. Scratch this one.... I already figured that one out. 2) How do I remove the pagination when there is less than 40 members on one page? (Page 2 appears but nothing ...

It looks like you'll have to manually modify admin/admin_users.php Here's the instructions from the mod that you'll need to follow to modify that file. (Some of the mods may have been correctly installed to the file... so don't duplicate them!) # #-----[ OPEN ]---------------------------------------...

Another Fix: I just had a member of my forum point out that the main index page on my forum shows: We have 770 registered users But when he used the Memberlist... he only saw 695 members! I explained about the MOD I installed... but I also wanted to fix the problem. -------------------- SUGGESTED A...

You know whats the best idea to save bandwidth?? Remove all tabs at the beginning of each line from all PHP and tpl files. It will save 1000's of bytes. Maybe... although tabs and spaces are highly compressed when they're downloaded. --------- This seems more like a fix to the code, rather than a M...

Normally people or members don't use the chat :) On your board perhaps... but everyone's implementation is different, and the boards all have different uses and purposes. I decided to implement "phpMyChat" -- I had to do some custom programming to get it to integrate with my discussion fo...

Super Quick Reply only on last page of topic

The mod works great! I had to modify the template file to match the style I'm using... but that was easy. ----------- Here's the thing -- on topics with multiple pages, I really only wanted this quick reply form to show up on the last page. So, I found the line higher up in the viewtopic.php file wh...

Don't want 'bots seeing your memberlist? Easy solution: Require a person to be logged in before they can see the memberlist. Since 'bots aren't logged in, they can't see the list. How: I know there's a way that Usergroups can be hidden until you're logged in... do the same thing to the Memberlist! I...

Hmmm... it works okay... But it will change the "Submit" button, even after clicking on the "Preview" button. I think you need to work a little more on a javascript if/else statement that will accomodate the different submit buttons at the bottom of the PM and POSTING pages.

Perfect! It solves a nagging little problem that I never paid enough attention to in the past to really look at modding it myself. Every time I would receive an email telling me I had a response... I would click on it to read the post, and that window would pop up telling me I had a new PM. So which...
