thanks mate - that worked for the repeat, but how do i make the background stay still without scrolling? So only the board scrolls !

Ive done something in AI & PS, looking ok (work in progress), but is there way to "FIX" the background so that it does not scroll or tile ? I've designed it on 1600x1200 px. I understand some smaller screens would have to scroll across.
