phpBB3 and eSupport

Has anyone looked into integrating the eSupport (http://www.kayako.com/) user database and a phpBB3 user database? If not, I'm going to start but if anyone has made any progress with it, it would be fantastic to know. Thanks.

In the template files differnt things are put in place like {SOMETHING} and then when ran they get replaced by what ever is defined there... How is this done? Follow the instructions in the KB article except leave out anything related to changing the groups feilds... Do this... 1) You'll have to install all boards into seperate directories and preferrably in the same database, using different table prefixes (I will use master, slave1, slave2, ..., slaveN)...
