I am building a topsites script in the /topsites folder. Is there a way to include the page header and footer to the topsites index page. It is at /topsites/index.php?

The changes I mention are made on local server... so you cannot see them...

Who can delete the post from the user's profile? Can the user or the admin delete posts from member's profile?
