why is icon_post_delete.png 2 x's one ontop of another?

nobody has a fix for the delete button now showing up on firefox?
my username goes all the way to the left side and theres no delete image showing up

why doesnt the delete buttons show up on firefox? any fix for this?

well i reinstalled, purged, enabled it. now it doesnt even show up at all on my index..i double checked all my code and files and it all seems fine

help i get this when clicking on the .mod in acp
