Your cookie domain is set to cgmapps.com and it should be .sdicgm.com with leading dot.
You also need to set your cookie secure to "Yes" to use https

Forums.vipflix.club but i fixed the issue by changing the cookie name.

Apart from the cookie domain needing a dot at the front it seems ok to me. See Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings.

It appears the KB has been moved, try this Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings. Did you follow this to the letter Installing Extensions?

I've enabled the Cookie Secure option now. Thanks, I wasn't aware of it.

As to any caching that is used, no, there isn't any.
