Excellent, thankyou very much. When will this be available? Is it a simple change I can make or do I need to reinstall?

Re: [RC] Prime Subject Check

I really hope there is a fix coming, as this makes the Prime Subject useless to me. It either shows too many results, where only one works, or shows one, then won't open it  Thinking about it from a logical point of view, there must be a way to tell it to open the original, as the moved topics...

Re: [RC] Prime Subject Check

I have topics that are in multiple forums, (post original, move topic, leave shadow in place) The problem I have is if the Prime Subject finds a similar subject in the forum I am in, it cannot open it. It says topic does not exist. I assume this is because the topic is only a link back to the origin...

Re: User Online Time

This would be helpful for me too. I have a small mod on my forum that tracks who reads what and when etc (business forum so I need to be able to see who is, or more importantly isn't reading things), but it would be good to know how long people are online for. Again, I would only want this for the A...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

 Thanks, thats all I needed; to know where they were, and I've managed to change over the defaults! :D :D :D :D (This is all on the test forum... not allowed to "learn" on the live one! ) I by no means think its easy to write, not what I meant. To write these takes some sort of black magi...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

Seeing as I've got your attention... I change two or three things when designing a survey. These are consistent, so can I go in and change them to the default settings? In particular: The list of non-responders layout. (yes, comma sparated, left justified) Hide results. (yes) I'm sure this is...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

Legend.

So how do you learn this witch-craft?

Works perfectly on my test forum. This is great, as most posts will have no replies, but if they do, it forces the reader to scroll through them to get to the survey which is what I wanted.

Thanks

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

Probably not a good idea (will mess up the page look), but are you using subsilver or prosilver? Using prosilver (slighlty modified by replacing colours etc) The reason for this is it's a business forum and every post has a survey certain people must answer. I think it would make it easier for them...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

Hi Asinshesq, I've been using this for a while thanks to your earlier help, I'm going to download the newer version today (I'm even installing mods myself while my IT guy is on holiday! and doing pretty well if I do say so!) One thing I asked him to do before he left was move the survey to bel...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

Can I limit the groups the Survey shows when selecting who needs to answer the survey? I want to remove Bots, Admin, Registered Users etc etc as I have my own groups set up and want to declutter the list. Oops, I thought I had actually done that for the obvious groups that should be skipped (must h...

Re: Post in mutliple sub-forums

Nemmar, I didn't get a direct answer here but I worked out a close way of doing, if a little more drawn out than I wanted. After you post the topic, go back into it, and use the quick mod tools at the bottom right. Select Move, press Go. Select the forum you want to post it in, and leave the box tic...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

Great, thanks for your help I'll give it a go :D This forum is a god send! On another related wish  Is there a way of having people notified if they are required to answer a survey? ie: My survey requires a group: Team Leaders to answer... can they be notified they have a survey waiting for th...

Re: tabulated survey at topic head

I'm using this survey in my forum, but would like to be able to make a few changes if possible. Could someone advise me how to do the following: Change the default value of "Hide survey results" to Yes instead of No? I want the answers to remain hidden, except to the topic poster/admins etc, but wan...
