Did you change it in your profile as well. You can set the default timezone in the administration panel, but you must set your own timezone within your profile

Mod support isnt done here, The mod install file has the Authors name and email address. That is how you will need to get support. We cant give support for third party modifcations, sorry.

In the database, your host shoud provide that tool. Also, when you updates .15 to .17, did you run the install/update_to_latest.php

Are you sure that you have uploaded all of the files. All your host needs to have is PHP, MYSQL and Apache, or the appropriate windows alternatives, PHP, MSSQL, and IIS. depending on whether you use windows or linux based hosting.
