Re: IP-address in topic for phpBB3

Sure. Try the following code in viewtopic.php instead of default MOD code Code: Select all 'POSTER_IP' => (($auth->acl_get('a_') || $auth->acl_get('m_') || ($user->ip == $user_cache[$poster_id]['ip'])) && $user->data['is_registered']) ? $user_cache[$poster_id]['ip'] : '', I tried this so that users...

Re: [How To] Modify prosilver's header

Yes changing "width: auto" to the actual px value did the trick. Thanks again.

Re: [How To] Modify prosilver's header

I followed the above instruction but can't see any change. If I go to different places within the forum, clicking on the banner does nothing and does not take me back to the main index page of the forum. And yes I did refresh theme, template and imageset -twice in fact, and refreshed the browser.

Re: [How To] Modify prosilver's header

I followed the above instructions and it worked fine. However, I would like to be able to click on my banner's image (see your step 3 above) and link back to the forum index page. This ability was removed in the instructions above. Is there a way to do this?

Re: Change colors in Prosilver?

I've made all the changes listed above also and all is fine on the index page with borders around all but on the topic list page, the border only covers the bottom and 2/3 or so of the way up. The top side have no border and on the top bar, the left has border colour only in the bottom half of the b...

Re: How to have a banner with links just like here?

I designed a nav bar following the tutorial on Image Sprite navigation with CSS (http://stylemeltdown.com) and came up with an .html and a .css file. At this point I followed the instructions above and when I refreshd the thems I got a big loooong error message beginning with: General Error SQL ERRO...

Move search from banner

I'd like to remove the search info from the top banner and I know how to do that from searching for another post in this forum.

But how do I add the search link and the icon-search.gif to the other three as in this forum in the user control panel line. My search for that came up empty.

Re: [RC] NV "Who Was Here?" 6.0.4

It takes up considerable room at the bottom of a forum so in lang_wwh.php I changed 'last at' to '' but that still leaves a space before the time as in Daniel ( 12:30). Is there a simple way to get rid of the unnecessary space after the ( bracket and before the time? I wish there was a choice just t...

Re: cannot run database_update.php

This was solved. The host changed servers on me without telling me so i uploaded everything to the old server. No wonder it didn't run! Not there! Sheesh!

Re: Table 's' marked as crashed

I have the same problem in upgrading to RC8. My database prefix is phpbb3_ so do i need to change all instances of phpbb_ in the script below to _phpbb3 <?php define('IN_PHPBB', true); $phpbb_root_path = (defined('PHPBB_ROOT_PATH')) ? PHPBB_ROOT_PATH : './'; $phpEx = substr(strrchr(__FILE__, '.'), 1...
