The look of the forum is great. It's so easy on the eyes which is a big BIG plus. The look and functionality of phpBB is a perfect match.

Well I wouldn't worry about the speed too much. I'd say you guys have developed a great program. Who knows, maybe it's a result of the speed at which you develop

Ahh, but I take it that it only keeps track of your current session? Because there are topics I know I've viewed but they aren't light blue.

Hey Finn

When you say you brought other developers onto the project, how'd that work out? Were they friends of yours or were they developers that showed interest in the project and asked to help you develop it?

Just curious 8)

Thanks

Text color for topic names seem to be different

Is it just me or are the titles for topics different colors? They seem to be blue for the most part (or a shade of) and a lighter blue for other titles. I've noticed this on my forum as well. I have gray text but it appears that some topic titles are a lighter shade of gray. Do I need to get my eyes...

Just to expand on that...

Admin panel --> Forum Admin --> Permissions --> Select your forum --> Set "view" to REG.

My boss says Thanks! We're going to set up a forum on the company site (ISP). And I'd like to say thanks (again) cause I get to develop it. WHOOHOOO! I love it when that happens.

You can add the code to your overall_header.tpl, index_body.tpl or overall_footer.tpl files wherever you desire. These files are located in your template folder.

I smell a "moved to support" action on the horizon.

Everything runs off of a database. MySQL would be the way to go.

Are you pressing the "quote" button in the actual post of the user you're trying to quote? Or are you manually typing the "quote" tags in on your own reply?

Neat! I was going to alter my user agreement but I forgot to. This serves as a nice reminder as well as telling me where to find the file.

P.S. I use Dreamweaver to edit my .tpl files :P I know that's not what you really wanted to know but I thought I'd throw that in since everybody else did.
