Or the index_body.tpl file. This is great if you want to add a set of side links on the entire forum or some sort of stats, announcements or whatever.

Make your changes in the overall_header.tpl file located in your template. I'd create the menu bar in a table in Frontpage then cut and past the code into the overall_header.tpl. Actually, you may even be able to open the .tpl file in notepad and cut and paste all the code into a new FrontPage file....

you could add bogus users, but they would have to be on all different IP's or browsers I'm guessing if you just wanted it to look like you had a lot of users you could fool the average chum just because they probably wouldn't take the time to compare IP's. I'm not sure many people do. Well I don't ...

I like how they've added their copyright at the bottom. They're making it look like their mods are directly endorsed or linked with the phpBB team.

I'm not sure about this "Normal" English business. I think I've been speaking normal English my whole life but know you've got me thinking.

Did you recently make a change to your login.php file? I'm just taking a shot in the dark here but you might be able to reset your password from in the database??? Or you might be able to create a new user on the board and then assign them as an admin from the database as well. I just recall messing...

Re: Compatibility of FrontPage 2002 with phpBB

You may not upload the files via Frontpage, but rather via ftp. Technically you can ftp your files with Frontpage. But it's a mess. You use "ftp://www.domain.com" instead of "http://www.domain.com" when specifying your target and Frontpage will ftp the files. You can even specify a directory on the...

Admin & Moderator Color Changes

I know this has been covered before and I did a search but still I'm not getting anywhere. I'd like to assign new colors for my admins and moderators. I found a topic that said if you create a new style in the CSS and then make the change in the viewonline.php things should be squared away. Well the...
