Did you modify anything in the source code? This error message means, that somewhere functions.php is included twice (get_userdata() is two time declared).

Well, the .tpl files contain variables which are mapped to the particular text strings in the language files by the php code.

I just checked it and noticed that the redirect only works if it comes from with a POST request. Logging out calls "login.php?logout=true", if you want to redirect to another site than index.php simply add a redirect variable containing the particular url/site (login.php?logout=true&redirect=).

It seems one of your users has an invalid email address which is rejected by the email server. Check your users email addresses.
