Re: any mac users ever used panic's coda?

I used Coda a little after it first appeared. It didn't really offer enough over my current setup of separate programs (CSSEdit, Cyberduck, Eclipse + PDT, TextWrangler) to convince me to switch, but if you aren't already used to a particular setup, it may well suit you. Currently I'm giving the rece...

Re: Londonvasion 2008 Discussion (Registration Now Open)

Hehe. I was trying to get a picture at the same time, but I wasn't fast enough. (yes that's me by the way - red hair ad covered in Bertie Stickers :P) There don't seem to be any pictures of you with the stickers on up yet. Someone should take some and rectify that. Oh, and all of you that aren't he...

Re: Londonvasion 2008 Discussion (Registration Now Open)

The room is filling up, there is a mass of cables, laptops and berties scattered over the room. And, a few who seem to be going over their presentations at the last minute. Tut tut tut.

Re: Who ordered/has got Bertie Bear 3.0?

So, the gang was packed today ready for our journey tomorrow. They are excited about their weekend away. The gang all tagged up (in case they wander off). http://lastof.com/stuff/bertie/pack1.jpg Climbing in. http://lastof.com/stuff/bertie/pack2.jpg It's a bit of a squeeze. http://lastof.com/stuff/b...

Re: Alternatives to Apache

I've recently switched to using Lighttpd on a ram afflicted vps I'm running. I like it, the wiki they have on their site answers nearly any questions, and I much prefer the way their config files are written. Admittedly, I think it needs to mature (like cheese, or a good wine) a bit more before it r...

Re: Who ordered/has got Bertie Bear 3.0?

So, the second of my 2 bertie 3.0s arrived today, and this time I approached it with more care. Lets just say they weren't impressed by the tools that were offered this time. http://lastof.com/stuff/bertie/b2-1.jpg But, after their brother was free they cheered up again, and we had a family photo ht...

Re: Who ordered/has got Bertie Bear 3.0?

So, one of my two arrived yesterday morning. A rather small, bashed around looking box. http://lastof.com/stuff/bertie/b1.jpg His predecessor, equipped with a handy leatherman, helped his new friend find freedom. http://lastof.com/stuff/bertie/b2.jpg Bertie 3.0 in his protective suit, which seems to...

Re: Who ordered Bertie Bear 3.0?

Jon, I just sent an email to bears@phpbb.com requesting some of the details on my order to be changed, since I am moving out at the end of next week. Just thought I mention it here so that you will know that you should get it, so that if it doesn't arrive you can let me know and I can resend it.

Re: What phpBB Team Members do you want to meet?

You will always be able to identify the team members be the extreme geeky look, and the "bit crazed" aura about them. :D To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if that described many of the people who turned up. Support team members will be the ones holding the aspirin bottles Couldn't you provide c...
