When you talk about restoring, were you uploading old files or were you restoring a database ? I did a restore of the database backup This is where i am now: The forum is now on 3.0.7pl1 What did you do to get from a board that said it was 3.0.4 to being 3.0.7-PL1? When it showed it was back on 3.0...

Hi Kevin, I will do my best to explain what happened The update procedure we've talked you through does not remove any posts from the database. Somehow i lost the images file and i don't know how as i made sure to be careful i never deleted it so i am now uploading the one from the upgrade pack. One...

Hi Steve, Its been one hell of a day. With a lot of support from the mchat's creator i have managed to get it up and running and have the forum on the upgraded version. However i am now have to do damage control. Somehow i lost the images file and i don't know how as i made sure to be careful i neve...

You'll be pleased to know i was successful my forum is now all up to date (if we had a dancing smilie it would be here)

Things i noticed - I have lost my sites logo from the top and not sure how to put that back :?
and is there a version of mcat that works with 3.0.7pl1?

Right i'm about over halfway through doing the complete upgrade of the forum but i have one question.

I have left all files that i was told to and replaced the others but what about /develop and /umil? these don't seem to be in the new version file

Hi not sure if i've put this in the right forum section so Moderators please feel free to move :D My forum has been running on phpBB 3.0.4 and i am about to do a complete upload of 3.0.7pl1. As it is i have the mchat on the forum which we all enjoy but will it work on the 3.0.7pl1? Thought i'd check...

Well i have now downloaded a FTP to use and got the new files on the server ready to start swaping over. Little bit nervous about doing this incase i loose my whole forum :? Whats the easiest way to swap the files over? Should i move the install folder in first? Can i use the FTP to move the folders...

I see what you mean now. I don't think you can access my files on the server this way. My forum files are stored on One.com's server. I've checked the file you said and it does seem to be in there. Ok i've checked all the files i uploaded and quickreply_editor.html is in styles/prosilver/templates

do i need to refresh the template and theme at all?
