You could add the block not only to index_body.tpl, but also in view_forum.tpl and view_topic.tpl.. But it's probably easier to make frames. Copy this text into a file and name it "index.htm". Then make a seperate file with your navigation and call it "navigate.htm". If you don't...

You'll find the IP's of logged on users and guests in the admin panel.. They're also stored in the database!
