HI all, Installed it with EM no problem, but I had to fix all the missing images in languages other than English, and I had to translate the english to Dutch, and I had to manually correct the problem that "no" buttons would still delete or ban users. Maybe the very first post in this topic could be...

Strange, I had to manually add the 'a' class to this line too, because default links were far too large as well. When I use the style sheet inside the overall_pageheader.tpl, this is not necessary, weird. Apparently the font size is already set there. But where does that happen then? font,th,td,p,a ...

OK, I ran a little test: 1. Copied subRed.css to my new style /admin/ folder and renamed to admin.css. 2. Copied all cellpics to my new style /admin/ folder and renamed them admin_cellpic.... 3. Edited admin.css so the correct admin_cellpics are used. 4. Edited admin/page_header.tpl so it refers to ...

Admin separate style, and CSS export?

Hi, I read the search sticky after my search gave me 'internal server error' because I searched on 'admin style', which is what i DO want to know about :) Is there an easy way to keep the style for the whole admin section separate from the forum style for myself, without needing to switch styles all...

Hi,

Thanks for the tip, I'll install it - it is useful for people making announcements, to prevent others from responding or otherwise keep a thread very clean and keep all responses / questions somewhere else.

Groetjes,
Dennis

Topic Style extension

Hi, I'm looking for a way to extend the topic style variable. At the moment it allows for sticky, announcement and normal. Is there any reason why this could not be extended to 10 or 20 categories with their own icons? So I can have topics "Book review", "Event", "Meeting", "Commercial" and so forth...

Thanks, I managed to find it. It isn't quite what I asked, but close enough, I can work it out from there probably (famous last words... :)

Double installation question

Hi, Whilst developing a new style, I would like to install a copy of phpBB to another folder, still use the existing database + tables. There must be a FAQ to this effect but I can't find it. So is it enough if I just copy all files under /phpBB/ to a new folder like /dev/, and adjust that single se...

Message auto-click

Hi,
Can someone please tell me where the variable is that makes a message window automatically click and go back or forward? I'm looking for a time value, but so far searching in the phpbb code for 'onload' or 'time' have not produced any results.
Thanks,
Dennis

So you would have to copy the values manually to the CSS file and save them, and from then on it would be fixed and you can no longer edit the template with the admin panel. Hmmm, seems unhandy, since the external CSS file would save bandwidth, not having to send it with every page that is generated...

I tried this, removed the whole style section from overall_header.tpl and get the css style to work. And it works, but all colour and font information from the admin style panel is missing in it. Coloured lines show up as white, all fonts are shown as times Roman 10pt and so on. Any explanation how ...

OK, took me an hour or so, figured out that the input box for the remote avatar URL is in profile_add_body.tpl. There is no 'value' specified, if I specify value="test" then that works fine. So in which file can I find the variable of the database remote url field of this user, and how do I set it i...

Doubt it = the picture displays fine, but the URL (the text) of where it is, is not shown in the text box when you enter that page. The text box is blank, so you can't see where the picture came from.
